Two of the founders of Guardian Tracking, LLC (Lt. Leon Wasilewski and Lt. Mike Reed) are both veterans of the Anderson (IN) Police Department. Together, they have nearly 60 years of law enforcement experience and 40 years of management experience. Both have experience as assessors for CALEA (Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies). Both have an extensive background in policy development and have served in virtually every aspect of law enforcement, including; patrol, investigations, tactical, narcotics, and support services.
