Something Revolutionary

Leon and I have been on the job collectively for over 60 years. During the past few weeks, I've begun to realize something as we discuss our software and demonstrate it for police officers from various agencies. What I'm finding is this: there have been so many advancements in law enforcement during the past 30 odd years, but the way in which we collect and store performance related information isn't one of them. Our equipment (body armor, weapons, etc.) have improved dramatically over the years. The same holds true for our training and the tactics we employ on the street. We have even seen incredible advances in communications, computer aided dispatching, and computerized records systems. But, when it comes to documenting performance related data...we are still using the same methods used by our fathers and grandfathers. We believe our software will offer something revolutionary. The software is amazingly simple to operate, but on the other hand provides some very complex and beneficial services that any department can use. When we get the software in front of people it actually sells itself.
